Booking Process

Terms and Conditions:

• Must be 21 years or older to book.

• Photo Id and Credit Card information is required for record.

• For our mobile service a refundable security deposit is required at the moment of booking. For our Playtown Venue a hold to your credit card is required.

• 50% deposit is due at the moment of booking.

• Remaining balance is due 10 days before event. In order for equipment to be installed or access our Playtown, booking needs to be paid in full.

• All bookings are subject to a cleaning fee and general liability insurance fee.

• Payment methods: Check by mail, Credit Cards (4% Processing Fee) and Ath Mobile Business (2.25% Processing Fee).

• Rental agreement and waiver are required to be signed at the moment of booking. For parties at the Playtown waivers are required upon check in for all participants.

• For the mobile service, a travel fee will apply if outside the Metropolitan area. Once on site, deliveries that are on large estates, far away from set up area or any set up that presents delivery complications (elevators, long set of stairs, etc) requires an additional fee as it requires more setup time.

  Playground Rules. If not followed we retain the security deposit and a $250 fine will apply.

  • NO shoes allowed in LWP area and equipment. Parents must wear socks. No heels allowed at any time.

  • Playground is only for the usage of children 5-6 years and under. Bounce Houses are for children 8 years and under.

  • Parents are responsible for ALWAYS watching out for their children.

  • Maximum capacity of playground is between 8-15 children at once depending on playground. Bounce house has maximum capacity of 6-8 people at the same time.

  • Food, drinks and sharp objects of any type are NOT allowed. No candy, frosting or any type of food or drinks is allowed.

  • No face painting, confetti and glitter allowed within LWP equipment. It stains and damages the equipment.

  • No pets are allowed in any of our equipment.

  • Little World Play equipment is NOT allowed to be taken out of the playground.

  • Only Little World Play equipment is allowed within the playground. Strollers, car seats, bouncers and/or any other baby/ kid item are NOT allowed within the playground.

  • Children and/ or parents vandalizing or not making good usage of equipment would need to vacate the playground premises and won’t be allowed to enter again.

  • All balls from ball pit need to be put back inside upon pick up.

  • Equipment cannot be taken apart nor moved. Fences CANNOT be moved nor removed from playground at any time.

  • LWP equipment is not meant to get wet. Water activities inside or nearby are strictly prohibited.

• Outdoor Party Rules:

  • Mandatory canopy/ tent or complete shaded area. We would NOT set up if not shaded. Equipment gets very hot. You can offer yours to cover whole play area or rent our two 12x12. Bounce Houses do not fit under our tents.

  • We strongly recommend set ups on concrete (garage, driveway, terrace), otherwise foam tiles WILL come out. Setups on grass are subject to an additional fee. We do not set up on dirt, mud or rocks.

  • Pick ups cannot be later than 6 pm. We need light to be able to inspect and clean equipment.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • If reservation is cancelled before scheduled date due to no reason, deposits paid won’t be refunded. If activity/ event is cancelled due to weather conditions and/ or unforeseeable events before playground installment, deposit won’t be refunded but activity/ event can be rescheduled. Reschedule date would need to be within a 4-month period. If weather related issue occurs during rental period once playground is installed, payment won’t be refunded, and rescheduling won’t be possible.

  • If event is outdoors and the day of the event rain or possibility of rain is shown on the forecast LWP won’t be able to set up outdoors unless an indoor option is provided. If no indoor option is available at the moment rescheduling option will be offered within a 4-month period. If no rescheduling is possible renter is able to cancel rental but with a 50% cancellation fee (LWP will stay with 50% of all invoice cost.)
